Path hits the road
Path Group recently raised retailer spirits with a race day distracted some lucky retailers from the relentless rain and a busy sales period by allowing them to throw some very fast cars around a racetrack.
The aim of the incentive was to improve attachment rates within stores selling IXOS accessories and was a resounding success, with 30 sales assistants taking part.
Said Path’s Manager of Indies and Training, Debbie Simms: “It’s so important to keep the sales staff motivated and trained in the heart of attachment selling and incentives like this generate a healthy dose
of competition between individuals - great news for both the customer who enjoys better service and the retailer who benefits from greater attachment rates.”
